A hands-on 90-minute cocktail making experience at Lanigan's Bar & Restaurant, 28 Rose Inn Street. Each guest creates two to three cocktails with step-by-step guidance from a dedicated host. All spirits, mixers, equipment, and garnishes are provided — no experience necessary.

How it works
- 01
Welcome & introduction
Your group arrives at Lanigan's Bar & Restaurant on Rose Inn Street and receives a welcome drink. Your host introduces the session, covers bar safety, and gives a brief tour of the back bar and spirits selection.

Spirits overview
The host walks your group through the key spirits being used — origins, production methods, and tasting notes. Guests sample each base spirit neat before the masterclass begins.
- 03
Cocktail making session
Each guest creates two to three cocktails with step-by-step guidance from the host. All equipment, mixers, garnishes, and spirits are provided. The host demonstrates each cocktail first, then guests follow at their own station.

Group tasting & best cocktail vote
The group tastes and judges each other's creations. The best cocktail is voted on and the winner receives a house prize. The session closes with a group toast and your cocktails to enjoy.

- Yes — Lanigan's late bar is available for exclusive private hire on Friday and Saturday nights. The late bar runs until 2am and can accommodate groups looking for a private space with a bar, DJ, and dancefloor. Contact us for availability and minimum spend requirements.

- The gin and whiskey tasting at Lanigan's is a guided tasting of curated Irish gins and whiskeys led by a knowledgeable host.
